This past February, Chris and I set out on a 10 day road trip after shooting a wedding in Seattle. The first stop along our journey home was the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. It was freezing cold with rain and snow, but the landscape was beautiful and the many waterfalls were stunning. Multnomah Falls had been on my list of places to visit for quite awhile, so it was great to finally see it. We marveled at the falls, and although it was pouring rain, we decided to do the short hike up to walk across the bridge. The mist from the waterfall covered our faces and the sound of the water pounded in my chest. It was pretty incredible! Below are just a few of my favorite images from the day.

I had such a wonderful time photographing the beautiful Payne Family. Lauren and Ethan are both so kind and loving, and their son Jameson was an absolute joy. I am so excited to meet the newest member of their family in just  a few days! Thank you Payne family for choosing me to document these precious memories.

I have been photographing them since before they had children, so it has been such a pleasure to document their journey into parenthood. Thank you Hillard family for trusting me with these memories.
